Preconditions:
You are very familiar with the use of Primavera P6 (P6 Professional / Client), all basic functions and basic network algorithms and have been using Primavera in practice for at least 6 months! Ideally, you have attended the Primavera Basic Training "Scheduling and Resource Planning" from XPMsoft in the past!
Contents:
• Graphical control mechanisms (interactive layouts) in complex multi-project environments
• Cross-project analysis of multiple critical paths
• In-depth knowledge of baselining and schedule updates; Interpreting and actively working with variances (variance indicators)
• Basic functionalities and use of earned value metrics in Primavera
• Working with Global Changes (Mass Data Changes Based on Filtered "What-If" Conditions)
• Resource planning using and explanation of different duration types
• Further and relevant administrative, user-specific and scheduling-specific settings

Use of the modular Primavera web application. Dates, capacities, costs, projects, portfolios, simulations, dashboards.

Oracle Primavera P6 – BI Publisher (2 days)
With BI Publisher, you can create your desired graphical and tabular reports from your Primavera database and compile them in a dashboard.
