The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) defined a cross-industry, 14-point standard to make the quality of schedules as comparable and measurable as possible and to provide schedulers and project managers with a guideline on how a "best practice schedule" should be structured.

In an appointment of about two to three hours, we will analyze your schedule together with you on the basis of the 14 points listed above with Primavera board resources. This analysis can be done by phone in conjunction with remote access (e.g. Teamviewer).

Conditions:

- Analysis of your schedule via remote access (approx. 2-3 hours) at a fixed price of 390 euros.

- Concept for independent analysis 590 euros.
